Meet the Team
Karolyn founded Turning Leaf over 15 years ago, and has been providing her clients with bespoke, beautiful gardens ever since. In 2013, Karolyn produced designs for the gardens at Raymond Blanc’s flagship two-Michelin-star restaurant in Oxfordshire—Le Manoir aux Quatres Saisons. As well as holding a First Class Honours Degree in Landscape and Garden Design, Karolyn is a member of the Society for Garden Designers (MSGD), the industry’s only professional body. Today, Karolyn leads our highly-skilled garden design team.
Graeme became a Director of Turning Leaf in April 2008, and as a Chartered Landscape Architect, he has provided oversight on scores of garden designs since then. Graeme has over a decade’s experience as a lecturer at nearby Writtle College, where he lectured both undergraduate and postgraduate students in landscape and garden design, professional practice and construction techniques. Alongside Karolyn, Graeme is also a Director of Turning Leaf’s sister company, Open Spaces Landscape and Arboricultural Consultants Ltd, which he has nurtured for over two decades.
